The mission of the Office of the Associate Vice-President Research is to provide exemplary services to faculty members, sponsors and University administration in the support and integration of research, international development and teaching. In addition, the Office of the Associate Vice-President Research oversees the Office of Research Services.

Our vision is for the Office of the Associate Vice-President Research and its core units to be the best in the class of medium-sized, non-medical comprehensive universities in Canada and internationally.
